Working principle

The wastewater to be treated is evenly distributed on the sieve bend screen through the overflow weir. Because the surface gap of the screen is small and smooth, while the back gap is large, the water body continuously washes the screen, which plays the role of cleaning the screen. It is not easy to block and solid substances are trapped. On the screen surface, the water passing through the screen flows out from the sieve plate gap and enters the next processing section. At the same time, under the action of gravity, the intercepted solids gather and roll along the screen surface to the screw press system, thereby achieving solid-liquid separation Purpose.

Scope of application

1. It is used in the treatment of small-scale industrial wastewater such as papermaking, slaughtering, leather, sugar, winemaking, food processing, textile, printing and dyeing, petrochemical, etc., to remove solid substances such as suspended matter, floating matter and sediment.

2. It is used for the screening or recovery of useful substances such as recycled fibers and slag in papermaking, alcohol, starch, food processing and other industries.
