A Sieve Bend Screen is a screening device consisting of a curved screen box with an adjustable arc angle of 45° or 60° and a curvature radius R (R can be adjusted). The reversible sieve bend screen features a screen surface and frame that utilize a rotary reducer structure, allowing 180° rotation to extend the screen's service life.

Working Principle

The sharp upper edge of the screen plate comes into contact with the material, effectively separating solids from liquids. The reversible design of the screen plate prolongs its lifespan and restores screening efficiency.
