  • Belt and Chain Maintenance:
Regularly inspect easily worn transmission parts such as belts and chains. Ensure proper tension and apply lubrication or replace them as needed according to the wear condition.

  • Trial Operation:

For a new machine or after major repairs, conduct a no-load trial run for at least 30 minutes. Only after confirming normal operation should the machine be put into production.

  • Operation Monitoring:
During operation, the trommel screen should run smoothly without abnormal collisions or friction. If sharp or hard objects such as metals or stones enter the drum, the machine must be stopped immediately for cleaning to prevent damage to the screen mesh. Operating the machine with existing faults is strictly prohibited.

  • Daily Maintenance:
At the end of each shift, clean out husks, dust, and other debris from inside and outside the machine. Inspect and tighten all components. Grease the main bearing once a month and replace the reducer’s lubricant oil every six months, ideally at the change of seasons.
