Step 2: Clarifying throughput and feeding principles

After placing the order, the client asked about maximum batch load and processing capacity to design their feeding and discharging system.
We explained the operating logic clearly:
  • The screen is engineered for steady, continuous feeding, not static one-time batch loading. Bulk loading will not deliver valid screening results.
  • Under proper operation, material maintains roughly 10 mm thickness across the screen surface, flowing in and out at a uniform speed.
  • For their specified mesh precision, throughput ranges from 300 to 500 kg per hour.
 
We also provided the complete operation manual to help them establish standardized testing procedures.

Step 3: Installation guidance for elevated platform

The client planned to mount the screen on an elevated platform and enquired about installation precautions.
 
We offered clear, site-specific instructions:
  • For a steel platform: Align the mounting holes at the unit base, drill matching holes on the steel plate, and secure the unit with bolts.
  • For a concrete platform: Fix the equipment firmly onto the foundation using expansion bolts.
