Characteristics and Applications of Various Filter Cartridges：

PTFE membrane (Polytetrafluoroethylene) filter cartridges, HE membrane (Polyethylene) filter cartridges, PP membrane (Polypropylene) filter cartridges, CN-CA membrane (Cellulose Acetate) filter cartridges. Filtration precision ranges from 0.1 to 60 µm, with lengths available in 10, 20, 30, and 40 inches (250, 500, 750, and 1000 mm). These filters have a pressure tolerance of 0.42 MPa and are backwashable. The interface methods include insert-type (222, 226 seat types) and flat-mouth type.

Maintenance:

The core component of the security filter is the filter cartridge, which is a vulnerable part and requires special protection.
Over time, the security filter will block a certain amount of impurities, which will reduce the working efficiency. Therefore, regular cleaning is required, and the filter cartridge should also be cleaned.
During cleaning, great care should be taken not to deform or damage the filter cartridge, as this could reduce the filtration accuracy and fail to meet production requirements.
If any deformation or damage is observed in the filter cartridge, it must be replaced immediately.
Certain precision filters, such as bag filters and polypropylene filters, cannot be reused multiple times.
