PP filter element, also known as PP melt-blown filter element, is made by thermal bonding of polypropylene ultrafine fibers. The fibers form a three-dimensional microporous structure randomly in space, and the pore diameter is distributed in a gradient along the direction of liquid flow.

Wound Filter Element
It is made by precision winding of textile fiber yarn with good filtration performance on a porous skeleton. The yarn materials include polypropylene fiber, polyester fiber, and degreased cotton fiber, etc. By controlling the winding tightness and density of the yarn during winding, filter elements of different accuracies for water purifiers can be made, effectively removing suspended solids and particulate impurities in various liquids, and achieving a high purification effect on various liquids.

Folded Microporous Filter Element
The folded microporous filter element is made of polypropylene (Polypropylene) thermal spray fiber membrane, nylon (Nylon), polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) microporous filter membrane, etc., as the filter medium to make precision filter devices, with the advantages of small volume, large filtration area, and high precision. The filtration accuracy ranges from 0.1μm to 60μm. The end cap sealing and overall structural connection of the filter element are bonded by thermal fusion. The filter element joints are three internationally common types: 222 connectors, 226 connectors, and flat ports. All products undergo strict complete testing before leaving the factory to ensure stable performance.
