Vibrating Sieve Screen

The vibrating sieve screen is a common piece of fine screening equipment. It uses a vertical motor as the excitation source. The motor has eccentric weights installed on both the upper and lower ends, which convert the motor's rotary motion into horizontal, vertical, and inclined three-dimensional motion. This motion is then transmitted to the screen surface, causing the material to move in a helical expansion motion on the screen surface.

The vibrating sieve screen mainly consists of a dust cover, screen frame, clamping ring, vibrating motor, screen mesh, spring support, and base. The vibrating motor is connected to the screen box via a connecting rod, generating vibrational force. The screen box houses the screen mesh for material screening. The spring supports provide buffering and stability to the vibrations, while the base supports the entire equipment.

  • Dust Cover: This limits the material and protects the machine and the surrounding environment from dust.

  • Vibrating Motor: A vertical vibrating motor that induces horizontal, inclined, and vertical three-dimensional motion, which accelerates material passage through the circular vibrating sieve. It is equipped with an unbalanced weight component to achieve this.

  • Screen Frame: Typically made of stainless steel, but carbon steel is also an option. It confines the product to the desired size and fineness.

  • Clamping Ring: Connects the bottom cone to the screen frame and the upper and lower screen frames, also preventing material leakage.

  • Screen Mesh: Maintains tension to facilitate the movement of material in the direction of vibration. Commonly used material is 304 stainless steel woven mesh.
