Working principle

Linear Vibration Screen is driven by double vibrating motor. When the two vibrating motors are rotated synchronously and counter-rotating, the exciting force generated by the eccentric blocks cancels each other out in the direction parallel to the motor axis, and superimposes a resultant force in the direction perpendicular to the motor axis, so the motion trajectory of the screen machine for a straight line. The two motor shafts have an inclination angle relative to the screen surface. Under the combined force of the exciting force and the self-gravity of the material, the material is thrown up on the screen surface and moves forward in a straight line, so as to achieve the purpose of screening and grading the material.

It is suitable for the screening of various dry powdery materials with a particle size of 0.074-5mm, a water content of less than 70%, and no stickiness. The maximum feeding particle size is not more than 10mm.

Application

Classification: The products can be separated and screened continuously and accurately. When multiple layers are used, multiple groups of products with different particle sizes can be separated and selected at one time. It is mostly suitable for the screening of dry materials.
Impurity removal: remove a small portion of impurities of different sizes in a large number of mixed materials for rapid separation.

Widely used in coal, hydropower, mining, building materials, chemicals, plastics, abrasives, medicine, grain, carbon, fertilizer and other industries.
