How to choose supporting conveyor for Mechanical Bar Screen

Slag removal through mechanical conveying, dewatering by pressing, and external transport has been applied in various wastewater treatment plants. For conveying equipment related to screen residue of Mechanical Bar Screen:

Coarse bar screen residue is best conveyed using a belt conveyor.
Fine bar screen residue is best conveyed using a screw conveyor, and the conveying process should preferably be sealed.
For conveying distances greater than 8.0 meters, a belt conveyor is recommended.
For shorter distances, a screw conveyor is preferable. However, if the wastewater contains larger impurities, a belt conveyor is recommended regardless of the conveying distance.

Since the conveying process of bar screen residue can emit unpleasant odors, the conveyor should ideally have a sealed structure. The inlet and outlet should also be sealed to prevent odor leakage, facilitating the collection and treatment of foul gases.
